1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines
- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are packaged in our temperature-controlled facility and handed to express air linehaul on the same day.
- Subsequent Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/Public Holidays dispatch on the next immediate business morning.

Spirulina enzymes are protected using multi-layer metallized moisture-barrier pouches with an airtight ziplock seal. Every package is sealed with a tamper-evident holographic security sticker at our GMP facility in Pune, ensuring 0.00% environmental humidity penetration during transit.

Upon courier pickup, an automated SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your live AWB tracking link is dispatched to your registered mobile number. You can also track real-time courier movement anytime via our Live Shipment Tracker.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Cash on Delivery is available across 22,000+ pincodes. To prevent fraudulent bot orders, an automated SMS/WhatsApp OTP confirmation is requested prior to dispatch. Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery partner upon arrival.
